The Southside BIZ (Business Improvement Zone) is a public body corporate created by the local property owners for the benefit of everyone spending time in Ann Arbor's south side. Founded in 2025, we work to strengthen the Southside through thoughtful beautification, improved landscaping, better wayfinding, and investments that enhance the area's visibility, vitality, walkability, and long-term prosperity.
